Our products contain NO Palm Oil, Parabens, Phthalates or Plastic, 100% Vegan and cruelty-free. All handcrafted in small batches to deliver the finest quality product for you.

UK Delivery times

We pack and ship orders within two days after the order has been placed. Small parcels under 2 kg sent via:


Royal mail tracked 48 estimated delivery 2-3 working days at £3.95


Royal mail tracked 24 estimated delivery next working day, if order was placed before 1 pm at £5.95


Large orders, typically over 2 kg will be sent by courier services, cost will be calculated at check out.


We also offer FREE delivery via Royal mail tracked 48 on orders over £30 simply use code Zemlya at the checkout.


After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or phone number, if provided.


Please note prices are stated for UK mainland. Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man and The Isle Of Wight, The Scottish Highlands and Islands addresses may occur an additional charge for postage, we will get in touch with you, if there is an extra delivery cost.


Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas we might experience a delay in dispatching your order, however the order will be dispatched within 5 working days.


We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

What if postal address was supplied incorrectly?

Please, It is your responsibility to supply the correct postal address, if you noticed a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible to amend the shipping information.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do offer a wholesale on soaps and candles for weddings favours, corporate events, restaurants, baby showers, and high street stores. Please do get in touch: [email protected] to discuss your requirements.

Returns, refunds and cancellations?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with the order or received a damaged item, please contact us [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve any issue.


If you changed your mind, cancellations are acceptable within 2 days after placing the order, before it has been dispatched. If the order has been shipped prior to cancellation, we are unable to cancel that transaction.


If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
